I had a challenging experience at Hotel Bkc Inn. Initially, I felt reassured by their customer service, but then things took a turn for the worse with my booking getting canceled unexpectedly. The location was inconvenient, and the cleanliness and safety were major concerns throughout my stay.
I got a smaller room opposite a noisy kitchen, and later I was moved to a slightly better room. unfortunately, it was noisy from the road outside as well. The lack of soundproofing really affected my comfort.
While the staff were polite, their response to my issues was lacking. I ended up having to waste a lot of time trying to resolve problems that should have been handled better.
The hotel is within walking distance of the US consulate, but unfortunately, the surrounding area felt quite unsafe. especially during the rains when hygiene issues were more noticeable.
Breakfast promised to be "wholesome" but was quite limited. I found the offerings to be insufficient for my needs, and anything extra came with a charge.
The facilities felt average at best. I noticed the lack of safety features, like secure windows, which added to my discomfort during my stay.

Initially, I was placed in a small room (#108) with no window, right next to a noisy restaurant kitchen. After much back and forth, I was moved to a better room (#109), but it was still loud due to traffic noise. The lack of soundproofing was a significant downside.
While the customer service was polite, they struggled to resolve issues promptly. My TV connection was down, and it took hours to get it working. They suggested I should figure out the channels myself, which was frustrating.
